Pascoag, R.I. — June 21 — In honor of fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and mentors who uplift families and communities, the Pascoag Fire Department observed Father's Day. Additionally, the department recognized firemen, EMS workers, and other first responders who juggle emergency service with household duties. Fire stations have traditionally used Father's Day as a chance to honor the support that families give to those who serve their communities.

The celebration brought attention to the commitment, leadership, and hard work displayed by firefighters both at home and on duty. The department's gratitude for the contributions of dads and mentors, whose wisdom continues to help the upcoming generation of firemen and emergency responders, was expressed in the recognition.
