Wellsville, NY - The Wellsville NY Vol. Fire Department conducted a hands-on training session for junior members, focusing on foundational firefighting skills and practical operations.

Junior firefighters participated in apparatus walkthroughs, hydrant operations, and hose handling, including stretching and reloading handlines. Members also assisted with reloading hose from a prior company training, reinforcing teamwork and operational readiness.

The training was led by junior leadership and overseen by department advisors, providing both instruction and mentorship to help develop the next generation of firefighters.
