Mechanic Falls, ME — July 4 — While commemorating the 250th anniversary of American freedom on freedom Day, Mechanic Falls Fire/Rescue remained ready to handle emergencies. The department continued to offer the community mutual assistance, emergency medical response, fire protection, and rescue services while operating out of 106 Lewiston St. By attending expertly run fireworks shows, monitoring smoke alarms, and adhering to fundamental fire safety procedures, firefighters urged locals to enjoy responsibly.
