Woodstock, GA - The Woodstock Fire Department, GA conducted a community outreach visit to a local summer camp, providing fire safety education through interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities.

Fire engine crews and the Community Risk Reduction team led a Touch-A-Truck experience, allowing campers to explore apparatus while learning essential safety practices. Key lessons included having two ways out of every room, staying low to avoid smoke, and the importance of getting out and staying out during a fire.

Additional emphasis was placed on maintaining working smoke alarms, including proper placement, regular testing, and battery replacement. The program helped reinforce critical safety habits for participants to share at home.
