A dry hydrant on Donation Road was examined by Kuhl Hose Fire Department personnel after it was reinstalled after a bridge rehabilitation project.

Before being put back into service, the contractor had temporarily removed and stored the hydrant during construction. Firefighters verified that the hydrant could still supply enough water for emergency operations despite low creek levels brought on the dry weather.
