Boston Junior Firefighters Train in Vehicle Stabilization

On June 24, Boston Volunteer Fire Department junior firefighters took part in practical vehicle stabilization training.


In order to protect patients and firefighters during emergency situations, the training taught participants how to secure vehicles prior to rescue operations. Junior members received experience with rescue equipment and conducted appropriate stabilizing techniques under the supervision of department instructors.
