Bordentown, N.J. — June 21 — On Father's Day, Bordentown Fire District 2 honored fathers and father figures and expressed gratitude for their commitment to the department and their families. The event recognized how many firemen balanced their obligations to their families with their emergency response responsibilities. The brigade continued to provide public safety, emergency response, and fire protection services throughout Fire District No. 2, operating out of 262 Crosswicks Road (Route 528).

The district's gratitude for members whose dedication went beyond the firehouse and into their homes was expressed in the Father's Day message. The department's continued emphasis on service, collaboration, and support for the Bordentown Township community was also highlighted by the accolade.
