Brattleboro, VT. — June 1 — Michael Heiden and Kevin Lambert were promoted to lieutenant and captain, respectively, by the Brattleboro Fire Department, located at 103 Elliot Street. Heiden received recognition for his years of leadership, service, and commitment to the Brattleboro community. After 11 years with the agency, Lambert developed his abilities while helping citizens and other firefighters, earning the promotion.
