On July 1, the Rumford Fire Department welcomed Chief Scott Baxter into his new leadership position.
As Baxter began his first day as fire chief, department colleagues congratulated him and offered their support. As he leads the department and maintains its dedication to offering emergency services to the Rumford community, officials expressed their excitement about working with him.
