Longmeadow, MA. — June 12 — Firefighter Zachary was honored by the Longmeadow Fire Department for his community involvement and commitment. Before joining the department seven months prior, Zachary had four years of fire service experience and eight years of EMS experience. He has since assisted with emergency medical services operations and grown to be a respected team member.

His dedication to professional development and teamwork was acknowledged by department leaders as contributing to the agency's ongoing progress. Zachary enjoyed hiking, cooking, going to the beach, and engaging in other outdoor activities when he wasn't working, as well as spending time with his fiancée and puppy, Ellie.
