Bridgewater Fire Department Honors Members on Firefighter Sunday

On June 15, the Bridgewater Fire Department held its yearly Firefighter Sunday ceremony to honor departed firefighters and thank members for their years of service.
Members who reached milestones ranging from ten to thirty years of service were given service pins and Massachusetts Firefighter Service Awards. Firefighter/Paramedic Christopher Macone received the Chief Clarence "Brother" Levy Firefighter of the Year Award from Deputy Chief Grafton during the event.
The yearly award honors a fireman who, while serving the department and the people of Bridgewater, exhibits bravery, dedication, devotion, and integrity.
