On July 3, Firefighter/Paramedics Richard Bicknell and Jake Baumann received recognition from the South Portland Fire Department for successfully obtaining their paramedic licenses.
It takes a lot of classroom instruction, clinical training, and practical experience to become a licensed paramedic. Baumann and Bicknell are now qualified to offer the best pre-hospital emergency medical care.
