During their May anniversary awards on June 7, the South Portland Fire Department honored a number of firefighters for their years of service.
Captain Jon Martin, Firefighter/Paramedic George Ouillette, and Deputy Chiefs Brian Cousino and Brian Smart were all honored for 24 years of service. Firefighter/Paramedics Ryan Norton and Josh Logan, Firefighter/AEMT Nate Fitzgerald, and Lieutenant John Sheetz all surpassed 17 years. Jake Baumann, an AEMT and firefighter, received recognition for his three years of service.
