Bridgewater, Maine — June 12 — Six local students who won a department raffle were given an unforgettable ride to school on a fire truck by the Bridgewater Fire Department.
One day, Gianna, Emmy, and Jordan rode a fire engine to school, and the next day, Connor, Owen, and Zachary had the same experience. As part of the agency's community outreach initiatives, a department raffle was used to award the rides.
