Charlton, Mass. — June 14 — Two local seventh-graders were honored by the Charlton Fire Department for winning the Arson Watch Reward Poster Contest, which encourages community awareness, arson prevention, and fire safety.
To celebrate the students' accomplishments, Fire Chief Barton met with them. In Worcester County, Penny Daly won first place, followed by Kinnon Williamson.
