Firefighters Mason Varga and Tyler Nadile were honored by Windham Center Fire Department personnel on June 17th for obtaining their Firefighter I certificates.
Both firefighters passed their Firefighter I exams, according to officials, following intensive classroom training, practical assessments, and hands-on training. Their certification improves the department's capacity to offer emergency services to the community and is a significant turning point in their fire service careers.
