Tybee Island, GA - Tybee Island Fire Rescue members recently conducted hands-on rescue watercraft training along the coastline.
With constantly changing sandbars, tides, and beach conditions, crews focused on jet ski launching, navigation, and rescue operations in dynamic water environments. These challenging conditions require precision, coordination, and ongoing practice.
Regular training ensures firefighters are prepared to respond quickly, safely, and effectively to water-related emergencies, maintaining a high level of readiness along Tybee’s shoreline.
