During a very busy four days, from June 12 to June 15, members of the Raritan Township Fire Company participated in the America 250 Parade in Hunterdon County and responded to 28 emergency calls.

Automatic fire alarms, car crashes, mulch fires, activated sprinkler systems, a landing zone for a traumatic injury, a commercial smoke condition, a kitchen fire, and a mutual aid structure fire were among the many incidents that firefighters dealt with in Readington Township, according to officials. Members packed equipment, took part in the neighborhood march, and maintained operational readiness despite the rigorous response timeline.

Department leaders noted that every response and community event was handled by the company's 100% volunteer membership, with firefighters responding from their homes, workplaces, and family activities whenever needed. Officials thanked members and their families for their continued dedication and service to the community.
