Chester Fire Department Added New Chief's Vehicle

Chester, MA. — May 31 — A new chief's vehicle was put into service by the Chester Volunteer Fire Department to assist with everyday operations and emergency response. During emergency calls and mutual assistance operations, the command truck was outfitted to enhance crisis management, coordination, and communication. Command personnel have easy access to radios, emergency gear, and other tools they need to handle situations effectively and safely thanks to chief's vehicles.


The acquisition demonstrated the department's ongoing dedication to upholding dependable equipment and assisting firefighters in the field. The department's reaction skills were reinforced by the new truck, which also made sure command staff had the tools necessary to assist the Chester community during public safety events and emergencies.
