This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

United Ambulance Service employees were invited to the Denmark Fire Department's monthly department meeting on June 2nd for a cooperative training and information-sharing session.

According to officials, ambulance workers gave firemen a tour of their vehicle, described the equipment and how it operates, and talked about how emergency responders may collaborate more successfully during community situations.

Opportunities for interagency training, according to department leaders, improve coordination during emergency responses and foster stronger links between fire and EMS personnel. Members gained a deeper comprehension of EMS operations and patient care protocols from the training.
