EXETER, N.H. — May 25 — The Exeter Fire Department took part in the town's annual Memorial Day Parade, joining locals, veterans, and organizations to remember those who lost their lives while serving their country. Community members participated in the celebration and lined the procession route despite the inclement weather. The occasion offered a chance to honor those who gave their lives and to understand the importance of Memorial Day.
As the town came together for commemorative services and events, firefighters marched with other community organizations. Memorial Day celebrations are still a significant custom that unites locals to commemorate communal values, service, and sacrifice.
