New Castle, N.H. — June 9 — As part of its continuous preparation efforts in anticipation of summer, the New Castle Fire Department continued training in advanced life support and ocean rescue. Water rescue operations, patient care, and emergency response procedures were the main topics of practical exercises for firefighters and emergency medical services personnel. The training improved the abilities required for situations in the community and on the water.

Members of the department collaborated across disciplines to enhance operational preparedness and coordination. The department continued to concentrate on upholding a high standard of service and making sure staff members were equipped to handle a range of crises despite the anticipated increase in seasonal activity in the town and along the shore.
