Members of the South Plainfield Volunteer Fire Department honored the committed staff of South Plainfield EMS for their community service on May 23rd in observance of National EMS Week.
According to officials, EMS personnel respond to residents in need with expertise, compassion, and dedication, providing emergency medical care around-the-clock. They promote the community's general health and safety as well as providing vital medical aid during crises.
Department heads thanked EMS providers for their dedication throughout the year, pointing out that their work frequently makes a big impact while citizens are going through some of their most trying times.
