Elizabeth, N.J. — May 28 — Steve "Tiny" McConlogue's accomplishments to the City of Elizabeth and the fire service community were acknowledged by Elizabeth NJ Fire Officers IAFF Local 2040 through a joint legislative resolution. EFOA President Bialas gave the speech in honor of McConlogue's many years of service and leadership.

McConlogue, a former president of the Elizabeth Fire Officers Association and president emeritus of the Professional firemen Association of New Jersey, has been instrumental in assisting labor unions and firemen across the state. According to department officials, the award demonstrated his dedication to the fire service and his enduring influence on nearby firefighters as well as the larger emergency services community.
