Jacksonville, FL - The Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department continues to expand its capabilities beyond land, with members of its Hazardous Materials Team completing an Offshore Hazmat and Technical Rescue course focused on boat-to-boat transfers and marine emergency scenarios.
