Memorial Day Parade in Schoharie

A Memorial Day Parade was held in Schoharie on Thursday, May 27.

The parade travelled down Main Street where it ended at the Schoharie Firehouse.

The parade was kicked off with a flyover from the United States Air Force and a LifeNet helicopter.

In the parade included Scho-Wright Ambulance, ENCON Police, SUNY Cobleskill Police, Schoharie Police, as well as Schoharie, Central Bridge, Berne/East Berne, Knox, Middleburgh, Quaker Street, Conesville, Summit, Delanson, Gallupville, Broome, Huntersland, Cobleskill, South Schenectady, Carlisle, Guilderland Center fire departments.

In addition there were also numerous other military vehicles and other parade vehicles and participants as well.

Following the parade was food and drinks at the firehouse for people to enjoy.
