Members of the Burlington Township Fire Department joined communities around the country on May 25th to commemorate Memorial Day and pay tribute to the men and women of the US Armed Forces who lost their lives while serving their country.

According to officials, Memorial Day is a moment to honor the bravery, selflessness, and commitment of those who gave their lives in defense of the country's liberties.
