Saxton, PA - Members of Station 35 gathered for a hands-on training session focused on rural water supply operations. Participants practiced the process of drafting water and deploying a dump tank, gaining valuable experience in establishing a reliable water source during emergency incidents.
The training also provided an opportunity to test a new hose-packing method for the apparatus bumper line. After repacking the line using the updated technique, members put it into service to evaluate its deployment and performance. The evening offered a productive mix of skill development, equipment familiarization, and teamwork as firefighters continued to strengthen their operational readiness.
