Ellijay, GA - Gilmer County Fire/Rescue recently hosted a Technical Rope Rescue class focused on advanced high-angle and technical rescue operations.
Personnel trained in rope systems, patient movement, team coordination, safety procedures, and practical scenarios designed for complex rescue environments such as cliffs, rivers, trails, and remote locations.
The training strengthens operational readiness and improves the ability to safely access and extricate patients from difficult terrain.
Gilmer County Fire/Rescue thanks all instructors and participants for their commitment to training and service.
