During a trauma reaction on May 8, Hialeah firemen collaborated with air medical teams, highlighting the value of cooperation when every second counts. In order to guarantee that the patient received prompt transportation and continuous care from the incident scene to the hospital, firefighters and emergency professionals collaborated with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue's Air Rescue unit.
