FCFR Captain Tony Guerin Graduates from ESLI Program

BUNNELL, FL — May 11th — The Florida Fire Chiefs' Association sponsors and hosts the Emergency Services Leadership Institute (ESLI), a two-year professional development program that Flagler County Fire Rescue Captain Tony Guerin recently completed. The program focuses on leadership, organizational management, strategic planning, personnel development, and the issues facing the fire service today. It is intended for mid-level and chief fire officers. In-depth coursework and group learning sessions are completed by participants with the goal of enhancing department operations and developing leadership abilities.


According to department officials, maintaining efficient emergency services requires ongoing education and leadership development. Guerin's graduation is a testament to both his dedication to professional development and Flagler County Fire Rescue's commitment to producing future leaders who will serve the county's citizens and tourists.
