Burlington, NJ - Members of Good Will Fire Company #1 recently traveled across the river to participate in a hands-on vehicle extrication drill hosted by the Lower Mt. Bethel Sandt's Eddy Fire Company. The training focused on enhancing rescue capabilities and strengthening interdepartmental cooperation.

During the exercise, firefighters practiced utilizing airbag lifting systems to safely free a simulated victim trapped beneath an overturned vehicle. Crews also collaborated in operating hydraulic rescue tools provided by the host department, while demonstrating Good Will's battery-powered extrication equipment.

The joint training provided an excellent opportunity for both departments to share techniques, build teamwork, and refine critical rescue skills in a realistic setting. Good Will Fire Company #1 extends its appreciation to Lower Mt. Bethel Sandt's Eddy Fire Company for hosting the drill and fostering continued cooperation between neighboring emergency service organizations.
