After Jess and Kim graduated from the NHTI Paramedic Emergency Medicine Program on May 18, Amherst Fire and EMS members celebrated their accomplishments.

According to officials, both members obtained state paramedic licensing and National Registry certification after successfully completing paramedic school. The achievement signifies the conclusion of two years of education, training, and commitment to furthering their careers in emergency medical services.

Jess and Kim were commended by department heads for their dedication, sacrifice, and hard work in delivering the best possible prehospital patient care.
