Laureldale Fire/Rescue Conducts Hands-On Extrication Training

This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

Mays Landing, NJ - Members of Laureldale Fire/Rescue took part in an in-depth extrication training session at RT50 U-Pull-It by Dirkes.

Crews worked through multiple rescue scenarios designed to refresh and sharpen the critical skills needed during serious motor vehicle accidents.

With every crash presenting unique challenges, this type of hands-on training ensures firefighters and rescuers can operate safely, efficiently, and effectively when time matters most.

The session also provided an opportunity for members to explore new equipment and technology from Holmatro USA & Canada and ESI Equipment, Inc. A special thank you to Leandra from ESI Equipment for attending and assisting with the training and live demonstrations.

Ongoing training like this keeps our crews prepared, adaptable, and ready to respond when the community needs them most.
