On Saturday, May 8, FDNY Caribbean Society members took part in the 7th Annual Haitian Culture Day Parade in Brooklyn.
During the annual festival recognizing Haitian ancestry, customs, and contributions to New York City communities, FDNY members marched alongside community groups and cultural organizations, according to officials. The occasion united locals and tourists for a day of communal appreciation and cultural pride.
