Sixteen FDNY Members Complete Leadership Development Program

The 24th class of the FDNY Officers Management Institute graduated from the Fire Department of the City of New York on May 7.
According to officials, 16 FDNY members finished the leadership development program, which aims to improve executive staff and high-ranking officers' organizational resilience, leadership strategy, and management abilities.
The FDNY Foundation provides funding for the FDNY Officers Management Institute, which is conducted by Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
Since the program's inception, over 380 FDNY members have graduated, according to department officials, continuing to develop leadership within the department.
