HARTFORD, Vt. — 19th May — During National EMS Week, the Hartford Fire Department, situated at 812 VA Cutoff Road in Hartford, honored firemen and EMS professionals for their ongoing community contribution. Chief Cooney expressed gratitude to department personnel for their dedication, professionalism, and medical response abilities throughout the year's emergency situations. Hartford personnel frequently respond to medical emergencies, auto accidents, fire calls, and requests for mutual aid throughout the Upper Valley, according to officials.
Every May, the United States observes National EMS Week to honor EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, dispatchers, and hospital staff who provide emergency care. Throughout Vermont and nearby New Hampshire villages, the Hartford Fire Department continues to offer EMS support, rescue services, fire protection, and regional mutual aid assistance.
