Pittsburgh, PA - Cherry City Volunteer Fire Company joined multiple agencies and community partners in conducting a Prom “Mock Crash” demonstration aimed at educating students on the real-life consequences of driving under the influence.
The scenario simulated a serious crash involving impaired driving, with rescue technicians performing the extrication of two entrapped victims. EMS personnel provided patient care, while law enforcement conducted a field sobriety test on the driver to demonstrate the legal and physical effects of impairment.
Additional participation from Life Light and Perman Funeral Home helped reinforce the emotional and real-world impact such incidents can have on individuals, families, and communities.
