Westport, CT - As the summer season approaches, Town of Westport Fire Department Fire Marshal Terry Dunn conducted the department’s annual fire safety training at Compo Beach for Parks & Recreation staff.

The hands-on session focused on the safe operation of the South Beach fire pits, reviewing essential safety protocols, emergency procedures, and proper fire pit management to help ensure a safe and enjoyable beach experience throughout the busy summer months.
