Rockville Centre FD Holds Annual Swearing-In Ceremony

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. — 21st April — The annual swearing-in ceremony for chiefs and elected officers who will oversee the department in the upcoming year was recently held by the Rockville Centre Fire Department. Alongside 1st Assistant Chief Patrick Healey of Hook, Ladder & Bucket Co. #1 and 2nd Assistant Chief Brian O'Toole of Reliance Hose Co. #3, Chief Tony Rugolo of Woodland Engine Co. #4 began his second term as Chief of Department.


Additionally, former Chief Mark Murray took the oath of office as Fourth Battalion Delegate, representing the department at the battalion level. The oath of office was administered at the event by Village Trustees and Village Mayor Francis X. Murray. According to department representatives, the occasion honored the officers' leadership and ongoing support of the Rockville Centre community.
