On May 14th, Alison Lintal visited the Gettysburg Fire Department to officially swear in two new Fire Police Officers.
Frank Romanelli and John MacVicar joined the Gettysburg Fire Police during the ceremony, according to officials. Fire Police Officer H. Weiss, Fire Police Lieutenant R. Weaver, and Fire Police Captain Mark Fruehan were also present.
Following the swearing-in ceremony, Mayor Lintal received a tour of the fire station and the Gettysburg Fire Department Museum from department President W. Dempsey, including a brief overview of the department’s history.
