Barnstable, MA - Members of the Barnstable Fire Department conducted intensive roof operations and ventilation training in partnership with the Barnstable County Fire Training Program.

All four groups participated in hands-on drills using a portable roof prop, focusing on coordinated ventilation tactics used during structure fires to improve interior conditions and enhance firefighter safety.

The training reinforced essential, perishable fireground skills and highlighted the value of continued hands-on practice to maintain readiness and effective emergency response capabilities.
