The Ashland Fire Department sent its sympathies on May 6th when a Massachusetts State Police trooper was murdered while on duty in Lynnfield.
While acknowledging the dangers encountered on a daily basis by first responders serving the public, department officials expressed sympathy to the trooper's family, friends, and fellow Massachusetts State Police officers.
Additionally, the department requested the community to remember individuals impacted by the trooper's service and sacrifice.
