There were 179 service requests in April, according to Berlin IAFF Local 1088's Professional Firefighters.
139 medical calls, 16 public service calls, 15 non-emergency situations, six hazardous situation responses, one fire call, one rescue, and one law enforcement assistance were all handled by the department. According to officials, the majority of the department's monthly replies were still related to medical issues.
