James "Jimmy" A. Zanardi, a longstanding member and past officer of the Chester Hose Company, passed away on May 14.
According to officials, Zanardi served the organization for many years and was a steadfast advocate for the Chester neighborhood during that time. He was recognized by the company for his generosity, friendliness, and dedication to serving others.
The Zanardi family and everyone who knew him received condolences from the department.
