Sebago, ME - Firefighters with the Sebago Fire Department launched both Marine 8 and Marine 5 for hands-on training focused on boat operations and waterborne response capabilities.
Marine 8 will remain in service on Sebago Lake, berthed at its dock near Sebago Town Beach—positioned for quick deployment to incidents anywhere on the lake.
Its smaller counterpart, Marine 5, is housed on a trailer at the Mud City Station, ready to be launched into any body of water as needed.
This training ensures crews remain proficient in marine operations and prepared for emergencies on the water.
