DIXMONT, ME — April 15th — Lynch Group donated $3,000 to the Dixmont Volunteer Fire Department to help with emergency response resources and department operations. As agencies continue to manage equipment costs, training expenses, and apparatus maintenance, department leaders stated that community support is still crucial for volunteer fire departments. To maintain emergency preparedness, volunteer departments in rural Maine frequently rely on grants, business collaborations, and local fundraising initiatives.

The donation will assist in giving firemen the tools and supplies they need to keep the community safe. Support from nearby companies, according to fire service leaders, enhances emergency preparedness efforts and ensures that departments can continue to offer dependable fire and emergency response coverage throughout the region.
