Recently promoted Captain Cameron Beebe and Firefighter/EMT Erik DeLapp spent last week attending the annual FDIC International conference held in Indianapolis, Indiana. The week-long conference included hands-on training and classroom sessions. Our members trained on advanced auto extrication techniques, hose line advancement, and forcible entry. The classroom sessions focused on leadership, electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries, and many other topics. It was an excellent training opportunity and a great experience. To round out the week, Erik participated in the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. He, along with over 500 other participants from 7 different countries, climbed 110 stories in honor of the men and women who gave their lives on 9/11.

Special Service 51 was on display during the conference with EVI (Emergency Vehicle Incorporated)
