Hinsdale, NY - Members of the Hinsdale Volunteer Fire Department took part in a live fire training exercise hosted by Hancock Field Fire & Emergency Services, joining forces with the 174th Fighter Wing Fire and Rescue, Mattydale Fire Department, and Northwest Fire Department.

Crews worked through a variety of critical skills, including fire attack, search and rescue, and Rapid Intervention Team operations, all under realistic live fire conditions.

The training highlighted the value of interagency collaboration, strengthening coordination and preparedness for real-world emergencies. Hinsdale officials expressed appreciation for the opportunity and look forward to continued joint training in the future.
