On April 12, the Attleboro Fire Department and the Massachusetts State Police organized a car seat inspection event with an emphasis on kid passenger safety.

In order to ensure that car seats were installed correctly and fit children according to their size and age, crews and troopers collaborated with residents. Because incorrect installation can lessen the effectiveness of safety equipment following a collision, car seat checks are a crucial component of injury prevention.
